The parking structure at the Southeastern Live Well Center provides 235 parking stalls on four levels. Solar panels on the roof provide more energy than the building consumes each year, rendering the facilities Zero Net Energy. Bomel was the concrete subcontractor for both the parking structure and the adjoining office building. The LEED Gold-certified office serves as a community service hub, providing County health and social services.
